Cinq, meaning Five in French, is made up of Cabernet Franc 45%, Petit Verdot 23%, Cabernet Sauvignon 19%, Tannat 8%, Malbec 5%
Tasting Notes: Intense dark red. Ripe fig, plum, blackberry and cherry. Cedar and mesquite wood, hints of vanilla and black olives. Juicy, fruit fills the mouth on the entrance and the vibrant acid and tannin show the youth of this wine, leading int a more complex mid palate full of spices and a long finish backed by mineral notes.
Aged 28 months in French and American oak. 15.5% alcohol
